Highlights: Tatajuba is a mini kitesurf paradise and home to the final stop of many epic downwinders from Jericoacoara. A protected flaw water lagoon with vast ocean wave riding on the outside, Tatajuba caters to all kind of riders. Like Guajiru, Tatajuba is definitely a #kiteandchill destination as there’s not much infrastructure beyond the Pousadas and basic kite facilities. Basic does not equal boring however, the epic kiting here will keep you on the water all day. And if you are looking for a little variety your local Pousada can arrange transportation via 4x4 beach buggy into Jericoacoara for dinner and nightlife. Better yet; take the ride in along the beach in the morning, grab brunch, and then do the downwinder from Jeri back home to Tatajuba.
Closest International Airports: Fortaleza (FOR) or Jericoacoara (JJD)
Other Activities: Eat, kite, chill. This is a kite spot to maximize time on water and progression.
